Start by writing down all the things you love about yourself and say these affirmations aloud every day. You can also create mantras like “I am worthy of love and happiness”, “I have the strength to face any challenge”, or a simple “I am THAT bitch.”. Each time you replace a negative thought with a positive one, it will become easier and eventually, it will become second nature. PRO TIP: If this feels too hard, try just stopping the negative thought altogether, we can add the positive thoughts later!
